Return Policy: Your absolute satisfaction is very important to us and we are committed to delight you with our products and services.If our merchandise does not meet your expectations, please contact OrganicEcho to get a "Return Authorization Number" by emailing us at returns@organicecho.com. Return for regular price items
Return should be pre-authorized by OrganicEcho and should be made within 20 calendar days of OrganicEcho shipping date.
Item should be properly packed and sent to the address provided by OrganicEcho during authorization
Returned item must reach us within 10 days from the date the return is authorized
Returned item must be in it's in original, unused condition, including any tags and receipts
Returned item must be free of any stains, odors (i.e. cigarette smoke), or any other customer damages
Returned item will need to be shipped back at customer's expense as OrganicEcho will not pay for return shipping
OrganicEcho will not be held responsible for returned items lost in transit, therefore it is highly recommend that returns be sent via a traced and insured shipping method
Once the refund is processed by OrganicEcho, you will be immediately notified via email regarding the settlement
Return for items purchased under promotion offers
Returned items purchased with a free shipping offer will have the standard cost of shipping subtracted from the refund amount
Returned items purchased under a sale offer will have 10% restocking fee in addition to standard cost of shipping subtracted from the refund amount
Return for items purchased through PayPal
If returned item was paid through PayPal, OrganicEcho will refund the total order cost, less the original shipping charges. The refund will then be applied to your OrganicEcho account as an in-store credit. You can use this credit at any time for any item in our store.

Hatchling was created by Leanne Hatch and Lisa Riech because they appreciated the idea and quality of organic clothing for their children, but felt that the tranquil vibe many presented did not match the energy, playfulness and, downright silliness of their little ones personalities. Inspired by their mischievous, curious and creative minds, the graphics are both sweet and quirky with a sense of humor.
Hatchling clothing is made with love in the U.S.A. using the softest 100% organic Supima® cotton, azo free dyes, and non-toxic environmentally safe inks.
