Lapsaky organic cotton baby clothes is a family based business located in Richland, Washington. They offer clothing in colorgrown cotton (it is not dyed, but rather grown in the green, brown, and natural colors) and low impact dyed colors. Organic cotton growing, harvesting, and finishing practices eliminate the use of dangerous herbicides, pesticides, and finishing chemicals (such as formaldehyde and chlorine bleach). Low impact dyes do not use any heavy metals or pigments known to cause respiratiory, skin, or other health problems. The dyes are fiber reactive, so very little dye stuff goes in to the run-off.
