Return for regular price items

• Return should be pre-authorized by OrganicEcho and should be made within 20 calendar days of OrganicEcho shipping date.
• Item should be properly packed and sent to the address provided by OrganicEcho during authorization
• Returned item must reach us within 10 days from the date the return is authorized
• Returned item must be in it's in original, unused condition, including any tags and receipts
• Returned item must be free of any stains, odors (i.e. cigarette smoke), or any other customer damages
• Returned item will need to be shipped back at customer's expense as OrganicEcho will not pay for return shipping
• OrganicEcho will not be held responsible for returned items lost in transit, therefore it is highly recommend that returns be sent via a traced and insured shipping method
• Once the refund is processed by OrganicEcho, you will be immediately notified via email regarding the settlement
